Admission is based through counselling based on rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET).

As such, there is no specific qualification required for doing B.Tech in food technology.
One should have passed 10+2 board examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects. The percentage criteria could vary from college to college.
Many universities offer B.Sc course in this stream.
