Hi,
When you ask about a B.Sc in Food Technology versus Anesthesia Technology, the obvious answer would that that there is no direct except that the end goal for both is to make life healthy for people. What I would say is go with where you want to see yourself either helping surgeons save million lives or developing practices to ensure the best food quality to maintain healthier lives.

Yes, B.Tech in Food Technology is also good as it is different from regular B.Tech and also there are various job opportunities available after this. Hello Anshu,
These days government jobs are becoming less and less. But don't worry. Jobs in private sector are in abundance. Actually, with your qualifications, you should get a good job. But instead of doing B.Sc, you should go for B.Tech that will take same time if you get lateral admission.
