Hi,
No, you cannot get admission without counseling in any government college. You need to fill up the counseling form for admission. If you are taking admitted in private colleges then there is no requirement of counseling. You can get fees consecration with your marks in the Exam only in a private college and if it's help like it.

In India is possible to do a cross-major degree, and several private institutes accept this process. The food Science course syllabus is incorporated with the Life Science course subjects.
