As a Science student, you may not have taken courses that are directly related to the courses in a B.A. Programme, but you can still calculate your overall grade percentage using the grades and credit hours for the courses you have taken. To calculate your grade percentage for a particular course, you can use the following formula:
Grade percentage = (Grade earned / Total possible grade) x 100%
For example, if you earned a grade of B in a 3-credit course with a total possible grade of 100%, your grade percentage would be:
Grade percentage = (80 / 100) x 100% = 80%
Once you have calculated the grade percentage for each course, you can calculate your overall grade percentage by taking the weighted average of your course grades, using the credit hours for each course as the weights. For example, if you earned a B in a 3-credit course and an A in a 4-credit course, your overall grade percentage would be:
Overall grade percentage = (3 x 80) + (4 x 90) / (3 + 4) = 85.71%

If you are interested in studying Veterinary Science and belong to the SC category, you may be eligible to apply for admission to the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry BVSC & AH) programme through the reserved category. To be eligible for admission, you will need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) and the Andhra Pradesh Veterinary, Animal & Fishery Sciences University (APVAFSU). 1. You must have passed 10+2 examination with Biology Physics Chemistry and English as the core subjects.
2. You must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. However, for candidates belonging to the SC category, the minimum qualifying marks are relaxed to 40%.
3. After meeting the eligibility criteria, you will need to appear for the counseling process conducted by the APVAFSU.
