You must have completed B.Sc (Forensic Science)/B.Sc. (Pass) with any of the two subjects,viz. Botany, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Zoology or BDS from a recognized University.

Both are academic degrees given to undergraduate students. If you want to study any one of the main sciences in Forensic Science (eg. Chemistry, physics, mathematics etc. ) in detail, it is advisable to go for a B.Sc (Hons) forensic Science course. But, if you want a more balanced and multi-disciplinary approach, it is better to pursue a B.Sc Forensic Science (General) course for under-graduate studies. So, it is totally the choice of the candidate which one to go for. Both the degrees are valuable.

Candidate must have a graduation degree, and marks should be minimum of 50%. Apart from this, the candidate must be a graduate in science disciplines, pharmacy or dental of this University or any other University recognized as equivalent.
