I feel you should go for B.Tech as it is a professional degree and has wider career opportunities. Biotechnology is a branch that has come up very fast. Percentage in last qualified exam (graduation) required for admission in M.Sc. may vary university to university (50-60%). Hi,
There are about 5000 staff members working in the UK Forensic Science industry. You would be using your knowledge of Science to analyse the evidence found at a crime scene. You can mail your resume to the companies. And then go for the interview. Check top companies or Google more about it.
