University conducts both entrance exams and merit based exams too. If you get good marks, you can apply with your merit and if you can, then crack the entrance exam.

Sorry to inform you that Osmania University does not offer B.Sc in Forensic Science course. Although, Osmania University offers M.Sc (Forensic Science) and Ph.D in Forensic Science, but B.Sc in Forensic Science course is not offered by it.
