The eligibility for M.Sc. in forensic sciences:
Minimum eligibility criteria for M.Sc. in forensic science course may vary across institutes. Primarily, the criteria include:
Bachelor's degree in science/ engineering / pharmacy/ medicine, obtained from a recognized university.
A minimum aggregate score of 60% at the level of graduation.

Hello Amruta,
Normally, CET's are conducted at undergraduate level to weed out large number of students who want to apply as compared with available seats. However, for MSc this is not the case and hence admissions are invariably based on marks scored in B.Sc.

forensic science is definitely rising. Today there are Forensic Science related
jobs in both the Government and Private Sector.Crime Branches, CBI, CID,
Police, Investigation Bureau, Defense/Army, Courts, Narcotics Dept.,
