Yes, you can pursue an M.Sc in agriculture after completing your B.Sc in forestry honors. There is no such debarment or barrier that would not allow you to do so. Best of luck.

A Bachelor's degree with at least 50 percent marks and Masters degree (minimum two years prescribed duration after 10+2+3 years of formal education) in relevant discipline (relevancy has to be decided by the IIFM) with minimum 55% marks (absolute) including Five year/Four-year Integrated Master's Degree programme. IIFM will use XAT score for short-listing the candidates for calling for GD/PI. The public sector jobs includes work in zoological parks, wildlife ranges, corporate having their own plantations for timbering, wildlife research institutes, Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) and its affiliated institutes, wildlife department, forest department, national parks & sanctuaries, forest nurseries.

University of Agriculture Sciences-Dharwad is one you can check on as Dharwad region is hilly and forest area on the border of Maharashtra and Karnataka in the Western Ghats. Another college you can look for Tamil Nadu University of Agriculture in Coimbatore.
