First, do make objectives for what specialization you want to pursue. yes FIIB is a very good college which provides PGDM in Marketing, finance, operation and International Business. placements are good. If you have other option then atleast compare colleges in terms of placements, Academics and students faculty ratio.

I haven't heard about Manav Rachna University. Do compare both the colleges in terms of academics, ROI, students faculty ratio, alumni relations, extra-curricular activities, and related aspects which you like to have. Well, FIIB is a well-known college in Delhi which gives the best placements.
I can just breif about my college which offers specializations in Marketing, finance, International Business, operations and HR. FIIB has unique mentor mentee program where every students is allocated a mentor throughout the 2-year program. FIIB fee includes a tour too. Academics part is well planned as well.

Placements in finance area are very good. Last year, Deloitte was one of the companies who visited campus very early for recruitment and have selected some students at a very good package.

Well, any company always gives preference to the experienced candidate but placement are good for freshers all well. Average salary is Rs 5.10 lakhs (provided by college). There was near to 100% of 2014-2016 batch and my senior batch is under process where most of the batch is almost placed.
