Each university can have a different set of rules and bylaws for its different courses. This makes its degrees not only valid for application in overseas courses and programs, but also makes them carry much more weight when its students apply for jobs (both in the government as well as private sectors). Good luck.

56% will be accepted but will depend from university to university, you must also take the IELTS and score nothing less than 6. Check Campus France website for better details, they have many schemes for Indian students.

After completing your MS from France, you get two years to find appropriate jobs in France. However, nobody stops you from finding a job anywhere. The only thing is you cannot stay in that country for a job but you can most certainly visit the EU states (if you have the permit) for an Interview. Once you get a job, the employer would assist you in finding the right work permits.

Ideally you are. You must still reconfirm the IELTS requirement by visiting individual university websites. Prepare a strong personal statement which will be required as part of application. Your personal statement must have clear reasons why you want to shift from aeronautical to supply chain and what you plan to be in future.
Best wishes
