Well it will be very easy for you to go there if any university or college offers you the admission letter as then they'll not reject your visa. They look to that, the person is not planning to stay there or going for the work only. Try to get a letter form a university or college.

Scholarships are not given basis of your knowledge of French language alone, they are merit based and universities will see your profile. Having Delf A1 and A2 will aid in admission but alone will not guarantee scholarship. You can check Campus France website for Indian students and check scholarship information there.
