Where there is a will, there is a way. Even if you have scored 55% marks in your engineering, it's not the end. There are many other criteria also. But I suggest that you contact a specialist agency dealing with sending students abroad since they are aware of the different nuances in the whole procedure.

Yes, universities abroad offer scholarships to deserving applicants. This is also the case for France and Germany. You will be eligible for scholarship and these are given on merit basis at the time of admission. You may check the Campus France and DAAD India websites for special scholarship schemes for Indian students.

MS Finance program from Edhec requires international applicants to take either the GMAT or GRE, it seems they also accept CAT scores from Indian students. You must also take TOEFL or IELTS. The admission requirements are clearly mentioned on the program website, you should be checking it.

Typically for MS programmes, work experience is not required. You can check it on any university website.

Yes, it is possible. You have to check the admission requirements of the program and university you want to study in. I will suggest you to check Campus France website, many schemes are there for Indian students.

56% will be accepted but will depend from university to university, you must also take the IELTS and score nothing less than 6. Check Campus France website for better details, they have many schemes for Indian students.

This is a very open-ended query and will depend on one's own perception. It may or may not be a good decision depending on your interests, career plans etc. Same applies if you study in other countries like USA, UK, etc.

It ultimately depends on where you want to settle down. If you want to work in India then obtaining a degree here is only better or apply to a very good university abroad so that employers here accept your degree. France, Germany and even Switzerland are good options. Gain some work experience there too.
