The minimum acceptable height for female candidates for the profile of cabin crew is 163 cms. Although the criteria differs from airline to airline hence you should check the notification every time it's announced.

Tattoos are allowed, if they are not on the visible body part.
And, further, it is also dependent on the profile that you are looking for.
