Hi Mohit,
Students seeking admission in Delhi University language courses can contact the respective college and department for admission forms and other queries. The filled forms need to be submitted along with required documents before the last date, which will be notified by the college. Applicants need to fill separate forms for each course. It is important to check the date of annual examinations for the part-time language courses and any other course you may be pursuing carefully.

There is no entrance exam for Certificate in French. You need to have passed 12th or equivalent examination of a recognized University/ Board and whose first language is other than the language selected for study.

Hi Bharti,
Admission is based on marks obtained in certificate exam. Candidates who have given the certificate exam one year prior admission or from any other institution would have to take the university Department entrance test and the admission would be based on the marks obtained in the entrance test.

Hi Pankaj Jayswal,
This depends on your business requirement, your clientele mainly. Depends on which country you plan to work and study. If you plan to settle in Europe you can consider German because it's more spoken there. But French language has its own charm. So there is no real answer to your question. You may learn both or choose as per plans.
