It is possible. Private colleges easily consider, however you will have difficulty in applying to government college or reputed private institute.

Pursuing full-time M.Tech degree with a job is not possible instead what you can do is that you ask your employer to allow you to work for home or provide you flexible working hours so that you work after the college hours.

Hello Mr. Khan,
In regular M.Tech, you have to go to college and maintain a certain attendance percentage to be eligible to appear for exams. In part time M.Tech, you have to go to college only to appear for exams.
In M.Tech, not all subjects are easy. In most of the subjects, you would need some expert guidance to understand them. In regular M.Tech, you can get such expert guidance from the faculty members. However, in part time M.Tech, enough guidance won't be available.
