Both are equivalent and can fetch good placements, specialization courses are very much in demand, so, you can go with PGDM FM rather than core PGDM.

The difference between regular MBA and executive MBA is that, regular MBA is of 2 years and executive MBA is of 1 year. For executive MBA, you need to have 2 years of work experience or as per university criteria. For regular MBA, experience is not required.

Dear,
If he is in confusion to choose the right field in MBA programme, I would recommend that he should opt for Job experience and get the knowledge of professional life and see how the market work and his caliber will be applicable in which domain.
Don't take any option right now whether its regular or executive mode.
All the best.

Full-time MBA won't be possible for a working individual. The alternative is part time MBA where classes run on weekends and the corporate job can be done on weekdays. In case you need the list of part-time MBA colleges, you can revert back.

Yes, you can go for PGDM in Supply Chain management. It is equivalent to MBA, but the degree has more value as compared to Diploma. PGDM is a Diploma course and MBA is a degree course. Both will give you good career options as you have done B.Tech.
