Hello,
Almost all the MBA entrance exams conducted in India consider only those eligible to pursue MBA/PGDM who have scored at least 50% marks (for General category) in graduation. So unless you belong to some Reserved category, it's impossible to pursue a full-time MBA/PGDM from any good college.

Yes, you can do, if your correspondence MA in clinical psychology degree is a recognized degree.
The eligibility criteria are MA / M Sc in Psychology or equivalent (minimum 55 %).

The eligibility criteria of M.Sc IT at University of Madras, Institute of Distance Education is given below.
Eligibility: Any Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Mathematics/ Business statistics/ Mathematical Physics as Main or Allied subject of study.
So, from above students of English and Psychology background are not eligible for this program.
