Yes, you can, but try to spend more time on CA rather than going to college for B.Com and attending lectures. Try to clear IPCC first and focus fully on the same.

You can pursue MBA with your current job. You various options to do so it could be Distance MBA, Executive MBA or Working Professional MBA. Distance MBA is where you will be allotted study center classes would happen on periodic basis and you can clear your doubts when needed and just appear for the exams. Executive MBA is specially designed for executives who are working. It add as a value to your career. Working Professional MBA also known to be part-time MBA where you attend classes on weekends, get certified. It is equivalent to a regular MBA.

I would suggest you to pursue MBA for Working Professional or Executive MBA. Both are designed only for working professionals to access the course and complete the degree. This will help you to both manage work and studies. Working Professional and Executive MBA both classes takes place only on weekend. It is the choose way to study while working. Other option could be Online/Distance MBA doing it from recognized university. It will help you but not more comparatively to MBA for working professional and executive MBA.

Yes, you can purse Diploma and class 12th regularly. But, this can effect on both Diploma and class 12th. Therefore, I would suggest you please chose one thing. If I would be at your place, then I will choose class 12th, because after class 12th many opportunities are available.
