It will be a real challenge. You need to contact some universities first, take WES evaluation. Some universities will hesitate to accept three year degree, but few will. A lot of groundwork and research must be done by you. Contact the universities.

Yes.
There is difference between MBA and MBA in Sales and Marketing ! MBA have different specialisation like Finance, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, etc. While MBA specialised in Sales and Marketing helps candidate to How's & Why's market & consumers behaviour!

Hi Gaurab,
It's great that you are interested in MBA in healthcare and hospital management. However, you need to attend a minimum percentage of classes to get your degree. It is as per the AICTE regulations. Try to attend the classes. If you are not able to attend regular classes then please go for the distance programme.

It is better to opt for full time MBA. But, if you are working or cannot pursue a full time course, then you can opt for part time MBA. For both the courses, you will have to give an entrance exam to get admission in the college.

MBA programs that require students full time and physical presence on campus are called full-time MBA. All other type of MBA programs, which do not require full-time presence of students on B-School campus are part-time MBA programs. Part time MBA are created specifically for professionals with work experience. Sorry to say but you can't pursue two degrees at the same time as per government rules. First complete your current course in B.Sc. Then go for CMA.

Yes, full-time internship count and it plays an very important role. You will get advantage of that. Yet, it will not count as work experience but it is equal to that. You will get benefit in foreign also.
