Have you done your B.Com as a regular course? If yes, then you are definitely eligible to do an MBA in a regular mode. If not. Then you need to check which colleges accept Distance mode Graduation. Your M.Com degree will hardly make a difference in choosing an MBA, it will just add to your CV. Between have you applied for any colleges yet? Have you given any entrance exams?

The course specifically caters to the students who are interested in pursuing a career in teaching and related fields. You can find various universities that offer B.Ed via distance and regular mode.
