You cannot switch between universities, however you can change the college if you were doing full time course. As you are in correspondence you cannot change the university for 2nd year, however if you want to change the university you will have to start a fresh.

As you want admission in part time MBA. TANCET is Tamil Nadu Entrance exam which is conducted by Anna University on behalf of Tamil Nadu government. So, I am sad to inform you that in TANCET there is no correspondence course. TANCET provides only full time course. You can try it in some other universities. And they offers only regular course, if you want to do correspondence course, then there is no need for giving TANCET exams, you will get admission directly. For regular MBA you need to clear the cut-off of the institute. Last year it was 75 percentile, if you have that score you can apply for it.
