You need to be passed in 12th with minimum 50% marks with Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology as mandatory subjects. You also need to clear OUCET entrance exam to get admission on the college.

You can pursue 2 degrees simultaneously. However, the UGC does not permit to do the same, as of now. Even if you choose to enroll yourself into 2 degrees, you will be able to showcase only one at a time.

Legally yes. People pursue two courses sometime to have more options for career. But, it increases burden on student and there is always a possibility of exam dates falling on same day. Otherwise, it is a good option, if you are pursuing a Non-Graduate regular course with a graduation degree through distance.

According to my views and experience, minimum criteria for B.Ed is you have to graduate from any stream thank you and have a great future ahead.

According to my views and experience, minimum qualification criteria, is student must have to pass graduation, but as you say, you have completed BBA and MBA, definitely you can join B.Ed course.
