If you wish to pursue it on full time basis, then you have to devote all of your time. There will be classes, tests, homework, own study and research. You cannot juggle between work and the studies.

It is definitely possible. You can pursue Master of Business Administration from a regular college after completing graduation from open university. There is no such rule that open university students have to do MBA from an open university.
