Hi Mohd,
Yes, but you need to check the institute which you want to enrol. For that you should see that the university you want to do MBA is recognised by UGC i.e. University Grants Commission or not. For that you can go to www.ugc.ac.in and go to the section "Inside HE". Also Your university should approved from AIU, i.e. All Indian Universities.

If you have completed your BCA with 60%, you can sit for national level exams like NIMCET, VIT MCA and other entrance exams. Prepare for these exams and if you get a good rank, you will get a good college.
Otherwise, you can apply for private colleges according to your location.

You cannot pursue two regular courses at the same time. However, you can pursue fashion design via correspondence/distance mode along with B.Sc. Students enrolled in a regular degree course are allowed to pursue an additional degree simultaneously under open or distance education mode from the same or different university. Regards.
