For that you can go to www.ugc.ac.in and go to the section "Inside HE". Also Your university should approved from AIU, i.e. All Indian Universities.

Yes, for this or any other PG course, the duration is invariably two years or four semesters.

If you have completed your BCA with 60%, you can sit for national level exams like NIMCET, VIT MCA and other entrance exams. Prepare for these exams and if you get a good rank, you will get a good college.
