For purpose of regular LLM courses you need to attend classes and being an employee it gets difficult.However if you get to have only exams to be given then you might take admission in regular course else a distance learning could be an option.

It shows your hard work. There are too many colleges, which offer such courses.
You can opt any distance course for it. You can opt any open universities, which offer such courses.
You can do it, as private basis in any university.

I don't think that any university provide this sort of facility of doing two courses together. You can look for some other universities like IGNOU for doing your M.Com.
