I think instead for going for a course, you should join a company and start working as only then you will be able to gain sound practical knowledge, pursuing a course after MCA won't help you much.

Full time MBA is a better option in comparison to part time MBA because:
(a) Better learning because of case studies, workshop and other techniques
(b) Campus placement can help you to get better job.
(c) Opportunities to interact with faculty and fellow students.
(d) Opportunities to develop leadership skills.
(e) Summer training to practice learning while undergoing studies.
