Hi,
MMS course is only offered full time and not part time. If you are looking out for part time course, you'll get MBA degree part time. Ideally a full time course is preferable but if you have a lot of work experience then you can opt for part time MBA too.

NIOS are totally eligible for further education in any part of India. Even students can appear for JEE Mains and NEET exam too.

Yes, at present, IIM and ISB offer such program you are not eligible for IIM as they prefer with 5 years experience and above cost around 30 lakhs and average package is 23 lakhs. ISB prefers people with experience only course fee approx 40 lakhs and package approx 25 lakhs.

You are eligible to seek admission in MCA if you have Maths as a subject in 10+2 stage. Some allow none Maths students also to do MCA but your choice of colleges and universities for MCA will be limited.
