MMS course is only offered full time and not part time. If you are looking out for part time course, you'll get MBA degree part time. Ideally a full time course is preferable but if you have a lot of work experience then you can opt for part time MBA too.

NIOS are totally eligible for further education in any part of India. Even students can appear for JEE Mains and NEET exam too.

If you are a fresher or you have very few years of work experience, its better to opt for regular MBA. But if you have good work experience you can opt for part time MBA.
