Hi Kanika,
Yes, you can apply for the MBA program. But, you have to register yourself for entrance exams like SNAP, CAT, etc. However, as you have also mentioned that you will be getting your result on October 17, then I think there's no option that you will be qualified for MBA this year because the admission process starts in January 2017. I would suggest you to apply for MBA in 2018.
Good luck.

The best college for pursuing the particular course would be UPES, Dehradun. Go ahead and get in touch with their students and the institute, I am sure you won't be disappointed. You will get your MBA degree after the completion of your course and it has excellent placements.

No, there is no foreign visit. However you have a twin program, where you study for 6 to 9 months in a foreign institute during second year. That does not come under regular MBA program.

You can not get regular MBA degree if you do not enroll in full-time course in university or B-School. By the way majority of degrees awarded by university even if its done by distance learning does not mention that degree is by distance learning.

Hi Sandeep,
Please request your friend to email the universities as some accept distance education degrees while some do not. Secondly, he must take TOEFL or IELTS and his grades will also be checked.

Simultaneous study in two branches of engineering is generally not allowed unless university has a provision of studying for dual degree simultaneously.
