Yes, of course you can do one regular degree and one distance degree simultaneously. But make sure that your exams doesn't clash because the exams of LLB are conducted semester wise but the degree exams of IGNOU held annual whether in June or in December.

Yes, while doing D.Ed you can study any other course including graduation in distance mode. This will be a valid qualification for government jobs.

IIM Calcutta and Birla Institute of Business Studies are the best institutions in Calcutta. IIM Calcutta may have a higher cut of score but this differs every year according to the test result. The percentile score is tricky, that you should have very high individual percentile scores on quantitative, logical reasoning and data interpretation and a reasonably above average score in Verbal ability can get you a call for interview. Maybe the cut-off may vary every year depending on the performance of test population, but normally for IIM Calcutta, you may need between 95 to 98 percentile except for verbal reasoning. There are institutes like WABS TALK, inlingua and British council that offer English speaking courses. Other than that, please buy a book called Rapidex, read and work on it religiously for three months. Try watching some English TV series with subtitles like 'Friends'. If you know a friend who knows English well, practice talking to him and ask him to point out your mistakes.

Hi, you can do it but it is not an ideal choice. Though NIOS is recognized, a full time diploma or degree is given more preference.
