Why do you want to do MBA after PGDM?
It is same as the only difference is institutes like: IIMs, XLRI provide PGDM and universities provide MBA. So, there is no point doing MBA after PGDM.

Yes, you can pursue Ph.D, if your MCA degree is from an UGC recognized college.

Yes, you can, but you are not eligible to appear for SNAP exam. It is just a myth that SOL students cannot pursue MBA from prestigious colleges. All you need is good command over english and good communication skills.
