Both the courses are equal in the eyes of degree and certification perspective. But As per your question, you need to be very much clear that why are you looking for MBA. Pursuing MBA from distance learning may not be as much helpful as from regular. Regular MBA has so many pros when compared with correspondence MBA. Think wise and choose it clearly.

Hello, Yes you will be getting the regular certificates. All the Programmes offered by the Directorate of Distance Education, Pondicherry University are approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and Distance Education Bureau (DEB) UGC, New Delhi. But my suggestion is you will be getting the best & all the course benefits only with the regular MBA programme.

A Master in Management, or MIM, is a postgraduate programme that provides advanced general management knowledge for Business Bachelor's graduates, whether they have studied Business before or not. You will graduate a MIM programme with either a Master of Science (M.Sc) or a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree.
MSM programs are typically designed for students with less professional experience who want to develop business skills. MBA programs tend to require several years of professional work experience and are designed for business professionals looking to advance their careers.

Yes, but you have to apply to change application and that is only done in March/ April admission period, irrespective of the college and or university. But also, it is very difficult to change the course as once you get into the course it will tough to change to the other course after you are completing the first semester. You need to cancel the seat and take a new seat in order to get admission into BBA distance course.
