You can do full time MBA in distance/ regular mode to enhance management knowledge. You can also do short term certification or Diploma in management to equip yourself with basic management concepts before PGPX. I suggest 1 year PGPX from IIM, XLRI, TISS PGDHQM, BITS Pilani, FMS, IIHMR.

Yes, after you completed MCA you can get admission to M.Tech If you did MCA then you can choose M.Tech computer Science engineering. M.Tech computer Science engineering is a two years PG course. M.Tech CSE is a study about advanced programming and software development, data analytics, AI, Database management. Eligibility criteria for M.Tech CSE :
