Doing B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Arch through distance mode is not valid as per UGC guidelines. So never be pursue. B.Arch through regular mode is the best option. Further both courses also can not be pursue simultaneously through regular mode.

Yes, you can do the LL.B. With 49.3% marks in Graduation. Symbiosis Law School, Pune can be the best option for you. The eligibility criteria is given below. Eligibility: Graduate from any recognized University or Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) at graduation.

- NMIMS law college
- NLU Mumbai
- government. Law colleges affiliated to Mumbai University
- TISS Mumbai
Part time / distance law colleges in Minbai- GLC
- Symbosis
- BSE
- St. Xavier College
Few popular exams for admission in these colleges are MH-CET, TISSNET ISAT. Registration for MH-CET generally start in February but is late and tentative time is May / July. For exam like TISSNET ISAT you can check their websites.

You can do MBA in HR from top b school via distance or online mode. You should quit your job if the MBA programme worth the money value of job. If it is from top b school like IIM, FMS, XLRI etc. Few good option for distance MBA would be -
