Yes, sure you can.
Career Requirements. While some employers require a Bachelor's degree in video game design or computer Science, a high school Diploma is the minimum requirement. You may need to have experience working in computer Science, programming, or art. Most developers have a higher education qualification, such as degree or HND. To get on a relevant degree you need five GCSEs grade C or above including Maths, English and a Science subject, plus at least two A levels. Relevant A levels include Maths, physics, computing and technology.

I think you can do it by choosing BCA as your graduation course and then doing MCA after that. But if you want to specifically learn that then it's better you should try out some short courses in designing and animation.
Good luck.

Game designing is the process of designing a game which includes the levels, characters, sprites, background, vector images, etc. Whereas game programming includes writing the actual codes which will make the game work and perform certain tasks. Both of the tasks are very important for creating a successful game. You should pick one which interests you, if you are good in creativity, animation, etc. Then go for designing and if you are good in coding then game programming. If you want to learn programming which are used in Unity Game Engine, then you should learn C# which is the official language which is used in Unity to create games.
