Hi Dhruv,
Student from any background and pursue this course, the eligibility is generally 10+2 with 50%. It is apt you go for Science stream with computer Science since a good mathematical foundation is also necessary for development purposes.

If you are interested in animation, VFX and gaming filed, then you can join any one of the best animation institute in India. There is no specific qualification required in this filed, and there no degree required in this field because animation and VFX is based on software skills, knowledge and creativity.

For gaming, there are also 2 parts: development and designing but in game designing, you must have knowledge of 2D and 3D animation along with knowledge of programming languages.

You won't get any specialisation option right in class 11th. I would recommend you to choose science and keep computers as a subject in your class 12th. After completing your class 12th board examinations, you can opt for B.Sc, B.Tech, or BCA for your graduation.
A game requires different kinds of programming. Front user interface, backend database, encryption, and other programming tools depending on the game. You will be taught about these languages in the graduation stream. Once you've completed graduation, you're all set to develop your own game.
