Hi Suraj,
If you want to work abroad, you should probably study a game designing course abroad. Most foreign companies won't be interested to take you in unless you are an IITian and have work experience. Game industry is very good in Canada, Japan, Ireland, etc. so you can think of studying there.

There are a lot of basic skills that are same between a game designer and a web designer, and it is possible for one to be able to do the other with a little bit of practice and some education. Most game designers truly enjoy what they do and want their one and only focus to be the gaming world. A lot of web designers enjoy new challenges and creating new pages that are seen by millions of people every day. The deciding factor is generally the person and their interests. After their basic education, they will need to decide to move towards a more concentrated path such as game design or something more universal such as web design.

Hey Praveen,
Game designing is about strong skills in quants and high creativity. Apart from these, you must meet academic requirements for specific universities. Good academic record throughout, extra curricular activities, IELTS/TOEFL score, GRE if you are looking for MS especially from US etc. You must also submit a portfolio of your work to the university. I will suggest you visit websites of popular game design colleges across the world for specific entry requirements.

Currently, no engineering college in India is offering B.Tech in game designing. Even, if some college offer you this course, it is recommended that you must not do such a narrow and niche B.Tech. Any computer graduation degree with games designing course is a better option for long term career growth.

Hi,
Game designing has nothing to do with B.Tech CSE. Game design is a course, which you can opt after completing class 12th or even before. I would suggest, if you qualify for B.Tech, then you must go for it and parallel you can pursue game design.
B.Tech will help you to get a job in a good company and game design skill will help you to establish.

Dear Apoorva,
There is no such course as MBA game design, the degree that you can pursue is Masters in game design. And you can pursue the same after B.Sc visual communication.
