Gandhigram Rural Institute Counselling process 2023 is ongoing. The university is currectly conducting Round 2 Seat Allotment for PG courses, including MSc Micro Biology, MSc Applied Geology and Geomatics, MSc Botany, MSc Zoology, MSc Chemistry and MSc Food Science and Nutrition. The list of selected candidates is available on the official website at ruraluniv.ac.in. Candidates whose names appear in the list must report physically to the given venue and time. For every course and departments the students strength will be vary according to the departments for example the computer Science department is having 60 students for a year but for the B.Tech civil engineering and B.Sc. Agriculture courses have 30 students for a year so according to the departments the student strength will vary.

There will be less chance of failing in internal examination but when a student fails in internal examination of Gandhidham rural institute there will be second chance for the student in the next semester and the candidate must appear for the supplementary examination of the selected internal subject.

For applying admission in the Gandhigram Institute you will be required to get passing marks in CUET examination and there will be counselling for the selected candidates who all are getting higher cutoffs in the examination and in the counselling you will be required to pay the admission fees then and only that admission will be considered.

The Gandhidham rural institute they are providing hostels for the boys and girls but there are some PGS and hostels available near to the university and some dormitory for them nearby village at chinnalapatti.
