Registration for the BCom programme at Gandhinagar University usually begins shortly after the Class 12 results are announced. Interested students can register and complete the application form on the college's official website. The application period spans from May to June of each academic year. Aspiring candidates are advised to apply soon. However, the GU BCom application deadline is not available on the college's official website. Note: During the application process, candidates will need to provide various details, including their academic history, name, valid email ID, mobile number, and other personal and academic information. Yes, Gandhinagar University offers a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) undergraduate degree course that can be completed in either three or four years. The three-year programme is BCom, and the four-year programme is BCom (Hons.). The university offers 30 seats for the BCom (Hons.) course and 300 seats for the BCom course. Students can choose any of the specialisation between Accounting and Auditing, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance, and Statistics in their third year of the BCom course.The eligibility criteria for admission to both the three-year and four-year BCom courses are similar. Candidates must have completed Class 12 with English and Accountancy as major subjects.

Students cannot directly join the BCom programme at Gandhinagar University. Admission to this course is completely merit-based, determined by the aspirants' Class 12 scores. Candidates need to apply online or offline through the official college website and submit the required documents and fees. Seat allotment is done according to the merit list. Additionally, students must meet the basic eligibility criteria before admission. Candidate must clear Class 12 and must have studied English and Accountancy subject in their last qualifying examination. However, students who have not opted for Accountancy as a subject in Class 12 and want to get admission to BCom course, need to submit an assignment of Accountancy subject before entering in second semester of the BCom course, and by paying INR 2000 as additional fees. 

Gandhinagar University BCom fees includes other components apart from the tuition fee such as hostel fees, registration fees (one-time charges), etc. Hostel fees of Gandhinagar University cover accommodation charges and it varies depending on the type of rooms, such as triple sharing, AC rooms, room with mess, room without mess etc. On the other hand, the registration fee of the course is one-time charge that students need to submit at the time of admission to the course. The tuition fees for the BCom programme at Gandhinagar University range between INR 90,000 and INR 1.20 lakh. The total fee for the course includes several components, such as hostel fee, registration fee, mess charges, one-time charges, etc. Students have the option to pay the fees either online or offline. Note: If you do not pay the fees on time, you will have to pay an extra charge of INR 100 for each day you are late. However, the total extra charge will not be more than INR 1000.
