Dear Akash,
For admission to B.Tech CSE is based on the marks obtained in the 10+2 examination with Physics & Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one subject out of Chemistry / Bio Technology / Biology / Computer Science. At least 45% marks in the mentioned subjects taken together.
