The placement situation may change from year to year and be influenced by several variables, including the state of the labor market, industry demand, and student performance. However, for better placement prospects, I would suggest you go for higher studies after completing your certificate course from MIELIT, Gangtok so that you can be picked up by the giant business company where you would be able to showcase your abilities even better.
