You can include physical education but 2.5 % may get deducted per additional subjects when included in best 4.Physical education is your main subject , but it has no relation with b.com courses so it would be treated as additional. If you got 100 in physical education then only 97.5 marks would be included in total marks.

Language courses are not regular courses. It is thrice a week and the time changes every year, therefore you can check and assure it by direct contact through the college. Previous year's timings were 7.15 AM to 8.30 AM.
