A student is allowed to participate in an GAT exam only once for each course and during a single phase. GITAM considers re-appearing as an unfair practice of submitting duplicate applications. Credentials for re-appearing students will not be provided, and such applications will be filtered at various stages of the admissions process. This includes checks such as using the same registered email address multiple times and other parameters

No, candidates will not be required to fill separate GAT application form to apply for different courses. With a single GAT application form candidates can apply for UG or PG courses they wish to apply for. Candidats can apply for Architecture, Engineering, Humanities, Law, Management, Nursing, Paramedical, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Sciences courses offered at GITAM Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru campuses. GAT 2025 result will be annunced a few days after the exam is held in each phase. Candidates who appear in the exam can download the result of GITAM GAT 2025 from the official website of the exam. The merit of a candidate is determined by the score secured in the exam. However, this is subject to the rule of reservation as per UGC guidelines/norms applicable to the university. Students who qualify for GITAM GAT 2025 are eligible for admissions only if they fulfil the requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination as per the eligibility criteria.

The schedule for GITAM GAT counselling will be available once the results are announced. The counselling is conducted by GITAM University and takes place online across 7 campuses in the state. The call letter for counselling is released online and shortlisted candidates must attend the counselling rounds with the necessary documents for verification. The admit card for GAT will be released online at gitam.edu after the completion of the registration process. Only candidates who have completed the application form and made the payment will be able to download the GAT admit card.
