Hello Dildi, Yes, a student can surely seek admission in M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering branch based on GATE score. But unfortunately unlike NEET, prospective students may have to appear for different exams other than GATE for admission. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/colleges/m-tech-agriculture-farm-engineering-colleges-india

Yes,
NITIE does accept GATE score as well as CAT score, but for different programmes. Though GATE one is eligible for PGDIE, PDGMM & PGDPM course, while through CAT one is eligible for PGDIM & PGDISEM. Brochure for all the above programmes has been released in NITIE's website, you may check for further information.

University of Hyderabad is conducting counselling through CCMT and it might be difficult to predict the cutoff but if you have Gate score around 450-500, you will probably get admission in UOH.

Taking admission in M.Tech after clearing GATE is easy, and the GATE Score requirement generally depend on your category. If you are talking about general category, the GATE score should be above 55.

Hello Srihari, GATE is accepted by almost all of the government engineering colleges. The private universities conduct their own exams for PG admission and if you have appeared for GATE then they consider it, otherwise, they don't. So, private universities basically don't consider GATE score for PG admissions.

No, for management quota, you won't be asked these things and also after the 1st or 2nd round they only offer admission based on your conditions.
