Now a days, most of the engineering graduates are preferring for doing the Management courses from some reputed Business schools for availing the best placement opportunities. Hence you can choose anyone from above as per your interest.

The eligibility criteria of BITS Pilani for M.E. Computer Science is given below. Eligibility criteria : Integrated First Degree of BITS in the respective discipline or its equivalent. Eligible GATE paper : Computer Science and Information Technology (CS)
So from above BITS Pilani required B.E. /B.Tech in respective discipline for M.E. CS admission. Hence Non CSE candidates can not apply for this programme.

Please write about the course name for which information is required. Because the CMAT and GATE both are the different entrance exams used for Management and PG Engineering admission respectively.
