Yes, you will get. As per the the AICTE norms, Any student who qualify the GATE will get Rs 12,400 as stipend per month.

You can go with the following Colleges for M.Tech.
1. VIT Vellore
2. Manipal University
3. LPU Phagwara
4. TIET Patiala
For admission in NITs, IIEST Shibpur, and some IIITs & GFTIs participate in CCMT 2020. Further you may opt for M.Tech Structural Engineering.

Hi, your GATE score may not be enough for you to get admission in core Masters programmes at COEP. You can try for MIT Pune (MIT-WPU), VIT Pune or PG courses at sppu (if you're looking for higher studies in Pune). Hope it helps.
