Yes you have to give GATE exam for getting admission in M.Tech in Engineering Management. Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal admits students on the basis of GATE as well as through Manipal Entrance Test.

The course costs a total of 2,50,000 which approximately form an expenditure of 60,000 per year excluding hostel which is pretty much affordable while comparing to other private universities in the area.

Yes, you can apply elsewhere as you need a pass with 50% aggregate marks in B.Arch. Or B.Plan. Or B.Tech. (Civil Engineering or Planning) You can browse some good college websites which have the best academics and is of repute so that it can give the best academic excellence in the form of best faculty who are there to help you. Added to this, well-equipped labs and library. Exposure of the students to the world market and a wide platform for the student to deal with the world level activities is a must.
