Yes, you can take admission, only if you have management quota or Trust quota. Otherwise, you have to be appear in WBJEE examination. To get your preferable branch in this university, you have to score 120 out of 200, which will be a good score.

Yes, you are eligible to write entrance exam in IIT Hyderabad for cybersecurity. It is not compulsory in some of the colleges to give GATE only. Students can take admission by entrance exams and fulfilling admission criteria.

GATE 2020 CSE question paper will on available on IIT Delhi's website as the exam was conducted on 8th Feb, so it will be available on IIT Delhi website.
