Hi,
The profile looks good and so does the scores. However, the cutoffs are yet to be released.
All the best.

Hello,
Both the exam tests have similar topics and difficulty as well. It depends, if your idea is clear and focused towards CEPT only. Then, taking CEPT entrance is an option. GATE-AR would open more colleges for you.

I can only say that a job is not a bad choice too. But if you really want to go forward with your education and you really have that learning spark towards any field then you should pursue that first. This is really a complicated question because both GATE score, as well as a percentile, are relative terms. These are measures of performance of a candidate in GATE based on the performance of other candidates appeared in the GATE exam.

Hi there!
Around 5,00,000 students appear for this exam and compete for 2800 seats in various IITs. You probably know why the competition is so high-it is because this exam not only opens the GATE for further studies but also can place you in several PSUs (HPCL, BPCL, ONGC, PowerGrid, IOCL etc. ). I. e. , it acts as a screening for entry-level engineering jobs in several PSUs. You can get the previous year papers for GATE ee branch at made easy ace academy-just google previous year GATE papers Exambazaar. All the papers are available in PDF format, you can either download them or you can also answer them directly.

Brochure for all the above programmes has been released in NITIE's website, you may check for further information.
