IIIT Delhi- Test and interview in first week of June, after shortlisting on the basis of B.Tech percentage
IIIT Bhubaneswar- Test in May end
BITS Pilani HD -Test in May
BIT Mesra- Test in July
Delhi University (electronics only) -Test and interview/GD in mid-June
JNU - Test in December
IPUCET, Delhi- Test in May
Jamia Millia islamia, Delhi - Test in June beginning
Other options include- IIITM Kerala, NIST Odisha, NITTTR, NICMAR
State level exams include- CUCET (for various states), TANCET (Tamil Nadu), PGCET (Karnataka), APPGECET (A.P.)
Private college exams include- VITMEE, SRMGEET, UPES, DAIICT, COEP, KIITEE
HBTU, Kanpur and NSIT, Delhi also admits non-GATE students against vacant seats.

You need to qualify LPU-NEST. The Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for M.Tech CSE is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BE or B.Tech (CSE or IT or ECE) or MCA or M.Sc (IT or Computer Science) or equivalent subject to qualifying LPU-NEST or GATE.
Or,
In case marks scored in B.Tech (CSE or ECE or IT) or MCA or M.Sc (IT or Computer Science) are 80% or above, then LPU-NEST or GATE will be exempted and a candidate may apply for admission.
